1. Service

Theorie-Tutor KI offers bundled demo theory questions, local progress storage, and optional AI explanations/scoring after consent. Demo items are practice material, not an official authority or driving-school question bank.

Not official exam advice. The App does not replace an instructor, driving school or official theory test. AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Always follow current rules and your examining authority’s syllabus.

2. AI content

Explanations and scores are produced by DeepSeek. You are responsible for the text, photos and speech you submit. No unlawful or abusive content.

3. Licence

Personal, non-transferable right for private study. No guarantee of uninterrupted cloud availability.

4. Liability

Unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of material duties, limited to foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer rights remain. No liability for exam outcomes or fines caused by incorrect AI hints.

5. App Store

Apple’s terms apply to download. Apple is not responsible for support or maintenance of this App.

6. Law
